Quote Sent

One place for the inquiry and the next step.

From request to response

An inquiry is only the beginning.

When requests are scattered across forms, messages, spreadsheets, and someone’s memory, it becomes harder to know who needs a reply and what should happen next.

We can build a place for your team to see incoming requests, record conversations, assign responsibility, and keep the next step clear.

Connections to social messages, email and phone conversations are discussed separately.

Available capabilities

Choose the tools that fit your sales process.

Start with what your team needs. Each capability is selected and agreed on for your project.

Lead Dashboard

Bring inquiries submitted through your connected website forms into one organized dashboard. See who reached out, what they need, and who is handling the response.

For exampleA landscaping company receives a request with the customer’s contact details, service address, and requested work in one lead record.

Sales Pipeline

Track opportunities through stages that match your business, such as New Inquiry, Contacted, Quote Sent, Won, and Lost.

For exampleMove a prospect to Quote Sent and see which opportunities still need attention.

Follow-Up Tasks

Set a next action, assign it to a team member, and choose a due date. An upcoming and overdue task view helps your team see what needs attention. Reminders appear in your workspace.

For example“Call Jordan Friday about the estimate.”

Staff Assignments and Notes

Give each inquiry a responsible team member and keep internal notes with the customer record, so handoffs come with context. Access permissions are configured for your project.

For exampleThe owner assigns a request to a salesperson, who can review the customer’s needs before responding.

Custom Quote-Request Forms

Ask for the information your team actually needs, with fields tailored to your services and optional photo uploads.

For exampleA detailing company collects vehicle type, requested service, condition notes, and photos before preparing a quote.

Appointment Requests

Let visitors submit their preferred day and time, then let your team review and confirm the request. A request is not a confirmed booking.

For exampleA prospect requests a consultation, and your team confirms the details.

Quote and Estimate Tracking

Keep a record of the quote amount, services discussed, status, and next step alongside the lead.

For exampleSee which estimates are waiting for a response.

Activity and Sales Reporting

Review recorded inquiries, pipeline stages, follow-up tasks, and deals marked won to understand the activity in your system. Reports reflect only the data entered or captured, not your complete revenue or advertising attribution.

For exampleSee how many inquiries arrived this month and which recorded opportunities became customers.

A simple workflow

A clear next step, from start to finish.

  1. 01

    A visitor sends a request.

  2. 02

The inquiry appears in your dashboard.

  3. 03

Your team assigns the next action and follows up.

  4. 04

You update the outcome and keep the history.

Custom scope

Built around your workflow.

You may need a simple place to manage inquiries, or a shared sales workspace for your team. We’ll define the features, responsibilities, pricing, and ongoing support before the project starts.

Email, SMS, payments, calendar connections, and other third-party services can be discussed separately. Availability and ongoing costs depend on the integration.

Accounting synchronization, automated invoicing, electronic signatures and payment collection are not standard features.

Questions, answered

Before we get started.

Do I need every tool listed?

No. We’ll recommend a scope based on your business and how your team works.

Can my team have separate logins?

Yes. Individual accounts and appropriate access levels can be included in the agreed scope.

Does this automatically contact leads for us?

The core tools help organize requests and follow-up tasks. Automated messaging is a separate feature that needs to be scoped and configured.

Does it replace my accounting software?

Sales tools organize inquiries and sales activity. Accounting integrations or broader operational requirements are discussed separately.

Can we add features later?

Additional features can be scoped as your needs grow. We evaluate and quote each change before work begins; upgrades are not unlimited or automatically free.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the selected features, team workflow, and integrations. Build costs and ongoing hosting, maintenance, or third-party costs are outlined in the proposal.

Is this only for large businesses?

No. A small business may only need a few useful tools. The scope should match the way the business works.
